I can’t ignore the recipe for ginger molasses cookies in Flour. I’m constantly hunting for the perfect ginger molasses cookie, one with the right balance of spices, thick and chewy and buttery. I’d say this is The One. The cookies are slightly flatter than I’d like, but a little adjustment in butter and flour amounts will probably make it perfect.
