I took advantage of cold, wet weather and made up a batch of this pumpkin bread from Baked. I love recipes that involve little more than a bowl and a whisk. This was so easy to make, and despite my loathing of all that is pumpkin, it made the house smell great. The recipe makes two loaves, perfect if you want to keep one and give one away. Larry wasn’t sure about the addition of chocolate chips, but he warmed up to it after eating a few slices. The recipe can be found here.
