These are traditionally a holiday cookie, but if you ask me, any time is a good time for cookies. I made these light chocolate-almond linzers with blackberry jam, but I think plum jam would be a good choice for summer.
These aren’t my most favorite cookies, but they’re pretty and not too sweet.

Agreed! Not my favorite, but they were good. Yours look nice and crisp– mine got soggy overnight and I had to toss out a bunch. I’m sure blackberry was tasty!
