those scallops look perfect, what did you toss in the salad?
Just some small red potatoes and mixed greens. Chives on top. It’s a creamy viniagrette. The recipe is in my recipes section (Scallop Salad).
Because I know you’re going to ask, I cut out the butter and some of the oil and cream. But I still used some cream. Mmmm.
