This salad was really yummy – especially the chicken. Very hearty, and easy to make. I used Trader Joe’s frozen roasted corn and cut back on the onions.

I think I will! What’s funny is I thought the last issue was better than this one. I guess I just have this one handy because I’ve slowly been reading through it.
