For the scallops, just make sure they’re nice and dry before putting them into a hot pan (and salt and pepper them first). A bit of olive oil is all you need. Sear both sides, it hardly takes any time at all.
The spinach is just chopped garlic sauteed in some olive oil, then I turn the heat off and add the spinach, salt, pepper until the spinach is just wilted. That’s it!
I want these recipes too! I LOVE scallops and spinach and especially any recipe that calls forSauteed Garlic!!!!
