Wow – those look intriguing. I’m a fan of bean burgers and these might go on my to-do list. Remember those white bean turkey burgers you made for us a few years ago? I make them all the time because they make my mouth happy:)

I thought it was a great article. I don’t particularly like tuna but I’d like to try those also.
