I’ve been making an effort to cook more from Eating Well. I think the magazine strikes a good balance between healthy food and good flavor. We really liked these burgers, and I pretty much like any grains, especially Farro. We weren’t so crazy about the yogurt cake. For one thing, it’s a loaf cake, and it ended up with a big crack down the middle. So it looked like a big ass. It was okay, but again her bake times are off and I need to be vigilant about checking done-ness at least 10 minutes early.
