I’ve gotten into a habit of pushing my ice cream on my neighbors, co-workers and friends. I want to see if people can guess the flavor and I like hearing their impressions of the ice cream. This got universal praise but only my neighbor Assana got the flavor right off. Several people said it tasted like cheesecake, and I agree. It’s got a really lovely tang and was delicious with blueberries.
