I loved this ice cream. I used a high-quality milk chocolate and my favorite Penzy’s Extra Special Bold black pepper. It’s not a super sweet ice cream, and the pepper is nice on the finish. I had a lot of people taste this ice cream, and it was about 50-50 – some people thought it was just too weird.
