These are a standard yellow cupcake with a bit of cinnamon, topped with a 7-minute frosting and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. Sift Cupcakery makes theirs with cream cheese filling – Larry says he likes those better, but he still thinks these are really good. The frosting recipe made enough for about 100 cupcakes, I think.
