I’m trying out the Baked cookbook from the library, and this lemon loaf is my first recipe to try out of here. The recipes in this book don’t seem quick (lots of steps and ingredients), but they look really good. This lemon loaf is terrific, exactly what I would expect – really moist, very lemony. Very straightforward lemon. I’d love to make it with Meyer lemons sometime.
