Continuing my attempt to cook more during the week, although I don’t think it’s going to last long. For one, I prefer to eat my big meal of the day at lunch. Most of the time I just want to nibble and snack in the evening – usually some fruit, a bit of cottage cheese, and maybe a light salad. Plus it seems like it’s a lot more expensive to cook every night.
I liked this more than Larry did.
