This is Heidi’s birthday cake, after she decided that the Sweet & Salty Cake was not her cup of tea. Not everyone loves chocolate and salt. This is a really terrific cake, delicious enough that the caterer at the party asked for my phone number.

Funny girl. I love this cake, it’s really a showstopper. And the chocolate on top covers up any sins.
