Jay and Larry liked this cake, but it really didn’t taste like pumpkin at all – so I liked it too. We’re taking advantage of the last of the summer corn with one of the corn sautés we love so much. I cooked the arctic char on the grill pan with salt and pepper, because it’s just so good plain.
