Dinner tonight was based around what I needed to use up from the CSA – wonderful little potatoes and two delicata squash (my favorite type of squash). We weren’t crazy about this squash last time I made it, but it was better this time. Jay and Larry loved the turnovers, which are ultra-simple to make and would be nice for company since they can be made ahead.

Wine: Rockpile 2006 Cemetery ZInfandel (Rockpile, CA). We bought a half case of this on futures and I’m glad we did. It’s really delicious.
Pretty!!
