I seem to always want Mexican food for Christmas – chili, tamales, tacos. I don’t know why, because it’s not traditional in my family. And I’m about as far from having a Latin heritage as anyone can be. We decided on pork tenderloin for Christmas dinner, so I got my semi-Mexican fix in on Christmas Eve with this white chili. It’s pretty spicy, with lots of chile peppers. I liked it, but it wasn’t Larry’s favorite.
