Jay came over for dinner on Saturday this weekend, instead of Sunday – so we can maximize relaxation before returning to work after a two-week break. I had in my mind for some time now that I wanted to make Cincinnati chili, and today was grey and dreary – perfect day for it. The recipe for the tart is also available on Epicurious. It’s a good tart, and the rosemary cream is interesting (although not required, and next time I’ll make a half-recipe).
