Larry mentioned that he was craving seafood, just as I was thumbing through an old Food & Wine from last year. I love bread salad, but wasn’t sure about one with salmon. It’s good! Pretty easy to make, and the roasted lemon and tomatoes with it are a nice addition. We weren’t as crazy about these greens. Okay, but not great. The pudding is a baked pudding – so much potential, easy to make and great flavor. Except I forgot to set the oven timer and I think it overbaked a little.
