Larry was off at a planning commission meeting tonight, so I made myself dinner… trying to finish using up more of the greens. Almost there, but there’s still enough left for another batch of beans & greens. Speaking of which, this dish is pretty similar to my standard greens recipe. In fact, I added a splash of sherry vinegar at the end just because I like it so much in the other recipe.
