Another so-so soup from this cookbook. I used whole what elbow macaroni, and there are chickpeas and potatoes in the soup too. It’s not bad, but I liked it more than Larry did (he’s not crazy about minestrone).
The Crack Pie went to work with me. Talk about crazy rich. It’s a cookie crust, and the filling is creamy sugary butter. Like pecan pie without the pecans. A hit at work.
