This was by far our least favorite gelato I’ve made so far. I don’t know why, maple walnut seemed like a flavor we’d like. But it was too nutty, and even when tasting portions without nuts, we weren’t crazy about the maple flavored ice cream. Still had that great texture and mouthfeel we love from this base, but I won’t be making this one again.
