It was back to Appetite for Reduction for a pretty good chickpea curry. Larry was the cook, and I think I liked it more than he did. The decision to make this dish was spurred by our farmshare again – lots of spinach on hand. Larry did a great job with the dish!
The ice cream is different if you’re used to mint chip ice cream that’s made using mint flavor rather than fresh mint. The fresh mint gives it a grassy undertone but I really like it.
