I needed something fast to bake. I was traveling over the weekend and didn’t get home until late last night, but we’ve got visitors in the office this week and I have a feeling they’ll be disappointed if there aren’t baked goods. Plus baking is a great way for me to unwind after a whirlwind weekend trip.
These little bars are perfect. They bake up in a pie plate so you can serve them as wedges, or just cut them into squares like I did. They come together in a snap. They’re very sweet so I cut the squares pretty small.
