I’ve had these cookies on my radar for a long time. I finally got my hands on some butternut flavor and I’ve had butterscotch chips in the pantry for a while. They just look so appealing, with the sparkly sugary-salty coating and the lumps of nuts and butterscotch chips. And they’re as good as they look. Probably could stand a bit more salt (maybe fleur de sel on top?) but Larry loved them. Surprising, since I wasn’t sure how he’d like the super sweet butterscotch chips.
