Another great recipe from Baked Explorations. This is a cross between a quick bread and a loaf cake. It’s very chocolate-y, and if you like peanut butter, the creamy peanut butter spread is a good foil. I had issues with my loaf sinking in the middle, and it was somewhat delicate and fell apart if I didn’t handle the slices carefully.
