Dinner tonight was Anson Mill Pencil Cob grits, with braised spring vegetables and a light salad. I left the asparagus out of the braise because I absolutely hate it, although I offered to cook some separately for Larry (he declined). I’ve been so impressed with Anson Mills products. The grits are delicious and flavorful. Larry didn’t love the braise, though – not crazy about the artichokes.
