I like cold sesame noodles a lot more than Larry does, but he liked most everything about this dish. For me, it was perfect. The dressing is spicy and spiked with sesame oil. The tofu isn’t made fancy, just browned in a dry pan. Larry said he would have liked this better with the spicy tempeh from a couple of weeks ago.
