Here’s yet another tasty, simple recipe from Super Natural Every Day. We always have avocados on hand, and most of the time we just eat them smashed up with a little salt and spread on something. But this is a nice twist on the standard guacamole, and would be great with pita chips. We didn’t have chips but smeared it on to a bit of whole grain tortilla. And I may have just eaten some with my fork.
