I’ve been working on my granola recipe for years. I started with a basic recipe from Fine Cooking, and have slowly changed little things about it to suit our tastes. I have to say, it’s really, really good. I give it away to people and they go nuts over it. The recipe I use now is posted here. I’m not usually that willing to try new granola recipes because they usually just don’t stand up. And this recipe I tested for a publication is no different. It’s good. Flavorful, but the texture isn’t chunky enough. And Larry’s not crazy about the orange flavor.
