I got to join a group of food bloggers for dinner in San Francisco so Larry was on his own for dinner. He made up this quick sauté using a sweet Italian sausage and and a Braeburn apple. He liked it, nice flavors but he thought the sure of ketchup and mustard was a little odd. He thinks he’d like more garlic next time. I thought it was great that he made himself something that we’d never had before – Fine Cooking is a terrific resource and he knows it’s where he’ll find flavorful, reliable recipes. Ironically, he chose a recipe written by Pam Anderson while I was at dinner with Pam! I like it when Larry cooks but I still think I got the better end of the deal. Find her recipe on Fine Cooking.
