This is my kind of dessert. And it’s practically foolproof, too.
Layers of Nilla wafers, fresh blueberry compote (with a touch of citrus from Grand Mariner), and sweetened whipped cream – not complicated, but it’s really delicious, and pretty too.
I don’t think there’s one thing I’d change about it, except maybe use the same method with different fruits (cherries!).
