This buckle – cake? – is pretty much like a blueberry coffee cake. It’s delicious and easy to make, with a chunky sweet topping that’s completely addictive.

I brought the cake to work (as usual)… and it disappeared almost as soon as I put out word that there was a blueberry cake in the building.

Blueberry cake. It’s a winner.
