I’m ready to move off of brownies for Baked Sunday Mornings, but these are a bit different than the standard brownie.
There’s a bit of malted milk powder in the batter, and they’re topped with ganache. I’m not a ganache-topped brownie kind of gal, so… meh. These can be decorated, though – we decorated ours for Halloween, but really, royal icing is super versatile and the ganache provides a great blank canvas.
