Brownies again for this week’s Baked Sunday Mornings – and the fudgy chocolate can’t overcome my dislike of pumpkin. I had a little bite of one brownie, and that was enough.
These consist of two chocolate layers – dense, not cakey – surrounding a layer of pumpkin cheesecake, that’s swirled around before baking. Larry wasn’t super crazy about these either (“too moist”), which surprised me. I thought he’d be all up in their business.
