Chocolate milkshake? Delicious and indulgent. So let’s guild the lily and throw a chocolate cupcake in there too. And some caramel.
This is a super quick little treat. The shake is really rich, so I made it into little shots. But no judgement if you want to suck up the entire thing in one sitting.
I was lazy so didn’t make my own ice cream or cupcake. I had some salted caramel ice cream in the fridge, no milk but there was cream, and I picked up a couple of chocolate peanut butter cupcakes from the local grocery store. They didn’t look that good, but I figured they’d be blended with ice cream so it wouldn’t matter.
The cupcake adds some texture to the shake, depending on how much you blend it. I’m not sure a milkshake needs a cupcake, but it’s delicious anyway.

I agree that the cupcake is not really necessary, but it’s a fun idea. I love your shots! I may or may not have sucked down an entire shake after work one night…….
