These cookies are a mish-mash of mostly delicious things, thrown into a mixer, to make an… okay cookie. There’s peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and m&ms. The amount of flour is almost negligible – just a half cup for several dozen cookies.
I’m not sure what I would do differently to make me like these better. Probably less peanut butter, which I think overwhelms the cookie. Or, it could be that I don’t really like peanut butter.
