This is such a simple treat, it can’t really even be considered a recipe. Just a bit of vanilla bean-infused espresso poured over vanilla ice cream, and voila.
I’m not much of a coffee drinker but the ice cream tempers the bitterness of the coffee and the hot-cold contrast is nice. It could be made even fancier with home-made vanilla ice cream.
